I was on a flight to LAS last night on SW and they had just 11 passengers that really surprised.
Where was that from? Was it maybe a "ferry flight" where they decided to carry a few revenue passengers?
I bet you were surprised when you got Group A! I hope you didn't spend money on EB boarding.
Ouch.....that will hurt the profit for that day. So rare to see that now, usually the computers have the demand/availability pretty exact.
We had a flight back from New Zealand three or four years ago the day after our original flight was canceled. I am not sure what kind of plane it was, but it had the window seats and the seats in the middle too......there couldn't have been more than sixty people on that plane. That must have been a massive money loser for Quantas.
It was RNO - LAS and departed about 9P. The flight was scheduled as I booked it some months ago and yes I was real surprised.
It happens. I was on a flight from Boston to NJ with 6 passengers. We all got upgraded to first class.
I would have taken a seat right next to someone!
