Im switching hotel during my upcoming trip

Whats the best way to get from the Flamingo to the MGM with a huge suitcase

Would walk it but not with the luggage
Bus would probably be a pain in the ass
Whats the cheapest way by cab?
    Is the Monorail a possibilty?

How many people. If it's just you, then the cheapest is going to be the monorail. If it's more than one person, then probably a cab. If your luggage rolls, I would take the monorail. It's never that crowded where you have to worry about trying to get on with your luggage. It is quite a walk to the station though. I like the monorail because it doesn't get stuck in traffic and you know how much it's going to cost.

The monorail is right behind the Flamingo and goes to the back of MGM.

    That's it.

Yup, MonoRail takes you from Flamingo Checkin to MGM Checkin.
