I have a couple of free nights at the Flamingo and was wondering how bad the construction noise was. I saw in another thread that someone said to ask for a GO room but the room itself doesn't matter all that much since I'm not in it for very long. I am more interested in the the quietest room for the price (free!!). Anyone have experience there since the construction next door started??

I was in one of the newer FAB rooms and a GO room last month and never heard any construction noise in either.

I didn't hear any construction noise from my Go room either. I'd suggest you ask for a room away from any construction when you check in, which I assume would be on the Bill's side of the property.
    Have fun!

Construction isn't at the Flamingo itself...it's at the Imperial...

Construction certainly impacts the Flamingo, as well as IP and Harrah's. The tennis courts that used to be adjacent to the Flamingo's pool area have been demolished.

Now that the O'sheas / Flamingo North parking garage is gone, expect construction to begin in earnest in that alleyway between Flamingo and IP/O'sheas. I certainly wouldn't want a room on the north side of Flamingo, and I'd be somewhat concerned about potential noise/dust at the pool area as well.
