A good friend of mine and I will be going to Vegas August 16-20, flying Southwest out of Des Moines IA and staying at the Flamingo. We got the round trip flight and hotel reservation for $360.00 per person which is a pretty good deal!! My question is this, we are booked for a Go room, is it worth it to upgrade? Last summer my husband and I stayed at the Stratosphere for 6 days, we booked a standard and got upgraded to a Junior Deluxe Suite for only $50 but after seeing the room, I should have saved the $50 and put it in a machine or on a table. I don't want to make the same mistake again lol Any advice, hints or help will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you all in advance :peace:

The Go rooms are nicer then standard rooms. I don't know what the difference you paid, but as long as it's not a lot then keep the Go Room.

I would keep the GO Room. The upgrade is not worth it unless you care about specific views.

We stayed in a GO room 2 years ago and loved it.
