I called today and got a quote for my Birthday, Thursday Sept. 3rd for both options. I was pretty shocked- $400 for the cabana which comes with a bottle & fruit plate and im hoping that I heard wrong, but she said $800 for the daybed. it's on a message that i listened to twice to make sure that I heard right... Back in 2013 we had been at the pool all day and around 1 after spending over $150 on beer, the waitress said we would only have to pay $200 to move to the cabana & she'd put all our stuff on that bill so we were almost at the minimum charge.... I think we will wait til we get there and see what can be offered..

**Had my husband listen and he thinks she is saying "a hundard dollar rental" not "$800 rental" *** which makes sense

Guess it all depends on how many people you have. If it's just you and your husband probably not worth it. However, if you have a group then it's a different story. I was in cabana there a few years back with friends but I didn't take care of the booking or paying so I don't know the cost.

We will have between 6 & 8 people so i think it may be worth it for us to have a place to leave our stuff....
but as stated in the fourm before, the daybeds are in a much better location, so maybe 2 daybeds???
we'll have to look when we get there.

We have done both...Cabana and daybed at the Flamingo... If you do the cabana at the far end beyond the waterfall I would go for that because it is right on the pool and comes with lounge chairs poolside. If you have a group and do the weekday rate it is the way to go over 2 daybeds. Remember the rental includes the alcohol. Either way enjoy, and have a great Birthday Celebration.

    Great way to end 2016!

I was quoted similarly for 7/18, but $400 for the daybed and $800 for the cabana.I would note that it's a flat fee and is not minimum food/spending like other locations.

I also called today to ask about the $10 pool charge, I spoke with Lynn who said the cover charge was only on event days and that there was not an even the weekend I was there.
