the longest I lasted was when I finished third - that was about 2 hours - I was also done in 10 minutes once! I'm guessing 2-2.5 hours would be the maximum for these small tournaments

DONT worry about Handpays, being a Brit we are exempt from W2G forms, :poke: :evillaugh one of the perks of being a non US citizen playing in Vegas. Our government has an agreement with the US that we don't have to have taxes withheld on wins like they do, so if you hit it BIG :faint:remember to tell them you are a UK citizen and they shouldn't withhold ANY payment for tax purposes.
You WILL need photo ID, they prefer passport which can be a pain, I have yet to see if they will take our drivers licence as I've only had one Handpay  and you will need your ITIN no. I got mine completed for me by the Aria on my one and only Handpay and they paid me in FULL at the machine. They fill in all the paperwork for you there and then, at least they did for me. Takes a while but worth it in the long run. The official ITIN no. came to me in the post at home some months later. You can get this in advance of going out there but you will have to ask around for the info on that as I said I got mine there.
Hope to be needing my ITIN again this August, well I can hope cant I???? :peace:

Cheers, to be honest I thought we were exempt from the taxes on wins but that post worried me a bit. It would have been a nice worry to have though lol :drunk:

One of the biggest things people have failed to mention in theses posts... is being a 1st time visitor to Vegas, you need to have some bankroll management!!!!! It is very easy to lose a significant portion of your bankroll the first night because you are feeling the adrenaline. Remember to pace yourself with the 4k. Try not to blow to much the first or second day & you will be fine.

Have fun & enjoy. And if you do lose 95% of your bankroll, just go to Stagedoor casino behind Cromwell & you can drink heavily on $20.
