I don't usually play at the Venetian or Palazzo, but on my last trip I played at both as I was passing though. Played at the Palazzo once and the Venetian 3 times.

I just got a mail offer for 4 nights at a Luxury Suite (no idea how nice that is).
And a few hundred free $$ in play, and a one hundred to eat.

Thought Vegas was doing better this year, I'm kind of surprised at the offer because of how little play they got.

There is also an ex-MGM host who now works at V/P who is working the MGM database and sending out mailers / inquiries / come stay with us promos.

Almost no history, last time I played there, their cards were orange it was so long ago.
At the Palazzo, it was a quarter table for maybe 20 mins, lost $50.
At the Venetian both times were $10 tables, the first time for about 30mins, lost a few hundred, the second time for about 45 mins, won about $1800.

Buy in on the Venetians was 1k at the Palazzo it was 1.5K.

I got a mailer from V/P about a month ago for the same thing. I actually read the fine print before calling due to their past *ahem* issues. The fine print said it was for new grazie players only. I called to book and also clarify on the fine print issue, and was put on hold for about ten minutes. The lady came back on and said, you're right you already have an account and don't qualify. Not sure how they screwed that up, but I'm glad I checked before I showed up in Vegas and they tried to stick me for $1k in room charges and no comps.

Just an FYI for anyone who is getting offers out of the blue from V/P.
