Last night at 10pm both our kids were staying the night with friends so hubby and I decided on a whim to drive up to WinStar and try our luck for a couple of hours. Right before we were about to leave, this happened.

    <object width="420" height="315"><param name="movie" value="//www.youtube.com/v/Pu9MsUuoewo?version=3&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="//www.youtube.com/v/Pu9MsUuoewo?version=3&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

These are the times I wish were were betting more!

And to think I've been helping my kids with their math... Haha thanks for pointing that out, I'm going to change it right now!

nice to see they upgraded the machines at WinStar. I visited that casino once in 2005, and everything seemed very antique in that place, not to mention the whole place was dark, gloomy, and deserted.

I haven't been to the Dallas/Ft Worth area since, but would probably visit again if I ever return.

    Great hit!

Those progressive meters moved pretty quick after that win too. Too bad that major meter wasn't at $499. :evillaugh

We were on our way out the door - I had just lost my last $20 in that machine. My husband had been hitting bonuses on every machine that night so I told him to play it...I said I bet you win at least $100 on this. That's why you hear me saying "I told you!" Yeah, it paid for our gas and we still walked out with about $70 more than what we came in with.

Going back in Feb for my birthday. Winstar has a bunch of the newer machines but it's sometimes hard to get on them because there are only a few. They do have several G+ machines scattered throughout the casino. I think they are some of the most popular. I haven't seen Robin Hood or Laredo - and I dont' think they have any Azure games, which I wish they would just because they are fun.

It's enough to keep us satisfied between Vegas visits.
