We will be staying at the Cosmopolitan. Have dining credit as part of package. What restaurant is you favorite? Are any of the bars "must stop" ones?

I've eaten at Holstein's, Eggslut, D.O.C.G., and Scarpetta, and have not been disappointed by any venue yet. As for bars, BOND is always a must visit for me each trip for a drink. Good music and a decent scene for a drink or two.

Love the lunch special at Milos. Jaleo is great too.

STK, great upbeat atmosphere, top notch service and some really good food.

Holsteins is good for a casual meal. For an app, try their Buffalo Chicken Dip. It was the best we've ever tasted.

Henry's for breakfast or late night. I love Henry's French Dip Sandwich. Others on this board have mentioned the Short Rib Eggs Benedict as a must try - will give it a shot in October!!

Scarpetta is my vote. STK was good but ranks lowest of the Vegas steak restaurants that I've had.

I'm having a hard time thinking of a place that hasn't already been mentioned in this thread. Is it safe to say that you'd have a hard time picking a bad restaurant at Cosmo?

Holsteins makes a fantastic burger (the Gold Standard is amazing)
D.O.C.G makes fantastic pizza (and has a great wine list and fantastic espresso if you're into that)

but Jaleo takes the cake for me.
it doesn't get much love as far as tapas restaurants go, and it also doesn't get much love in the ranking of Cosmo's fantastic restaurants, but its amazing (although somewhat expensive).

the food was 10/10, the atmosphere is fun, the service is top notch, and their cocktail list is a definite highlight.
