OK, let's have them. What are your favorite and least favorite Christmas shows/movies.

Christmas Vacation without a doubt is at the top of my list.

    A Diva's Christmas Carol

My favorite cartoon is Rudolph and I practically cry when the misfit toys are singing their sad song because they thought Santa forgot about them. Grinch comes in second.

    It's a Wonderful Life - but a horrible movie. Depressing :(

I enjoy watching the 1951 B&W version of A Christmas Carol every year
Also watch Rudolph... I like Burl Ives singing Christmas carols, reminds me of when I was a kid and my mom played the heck out of that album :)

Christmas Vacation, Prep & Landing, and my personal favorite - Christmas in Connecticut (the original with Barbara Stanwyck!) We just got back from vacation on Tuesday so we aren't decorating this year and I haven't been watching ABCFamily much, but it's supposed to be cold & rainy on Saturday, so I'm thinking a day in front of the tv with my Christmas DVDs should be fun! I have a ton and love to watch as many as I can!

(I also have a double dvd of White Christmas and Holiday Inn that I quite enjoy!)

Never did like It's a Wonderful Life - I don't even think my husband has ever seen that one.

Christmas Story - Reminds me of growing up in Philadelphia with my dad stoking the furnace and cussing up a storm.
A Christmas Vacation - It is just plain funny.
Christmas Carol - The Alastair Sim and George C Scott versions.
    All the Christmas cartoon classics.

And finally one I watch when I see that its on is "Scrooge" starring Albert Finney.

My sister is obsessed with a A Christmas Story so we get stuck watching it at least once.
About a Boy isn't exactly a Christmas movie but we like watching it over the holidays.
I try to catch Meet Me in St. Louis every year, too.
And I gotta see at least one production of the Nutcracker. I wish they showed it more on PBS than they do these days.

It's a Wonderful Life, one of the best movies ever made. Which one of us has never second guessed or said to ourself, "what if?"
Scrooged with Bill Murray, and the original Christmas Carol.

Macy's in Philadelphia has a walk through minature Christmas Carol display that is a must see every year.

Ditto on scrooged, Charlie Brown, elf, home alone, and miracle on 34th street. Also every now and again, for reasons truly unbeknownst to me, I get happy when some cable channel plays "jingle all the way"

Grumpy Old Men is a hell of a movie as well. "I've laid more pipe in this town than Wabasha Plumbing!"
