Explain your profile name/pic/avatar

I come to LV to drink and gamble. Somewhere along the line I shortened it to dramble. You wanna go drambling? Sure thing!

My current avatar is from some ridiculous t-shirt I bought at the Orleans. When two of us first saw it we almost fell over laughing and I bought one for our other buddy. We built it up all day like we had a great gift for him and he wasn't to excited when we gave it to him.

That said, a t-shirt that features a shirtless cowboy riding the Las Vegas sign could only signify class and distinction. So we all bought them. One of these days I gotta get everyone to wear them at the tables. Maybe next trip at the Wynn.

 

I'm Ken. There are two "V"s in my last name.

Photo is a mug shot taken at Legend Trail GC in Scottsdale a few years back during an annual media tourney/boondoggle I attend.

For the golfers in the house: Bubba was out at Legend Trail that day giving us a bit of a demo. His agent handed him a right-handed driver so he simply turned it upside down and proceeded to whack drive after drive through the back of the range. He's a true freak.

 

My username is an initial and name with my lucky number. When responding to me, feel free to just call me Rob!

My avatar is me drinking a pitcher margarita from a straw. I was trying to upload a pic of me from a recent Vegas trip but it was not working well, so i found one that worked. It is from a restaurant/bar here in San Jose, but I felt that it was representative of Vegas (drinking lots of alcohol from a large container).

 

Wow...Since I joined the board, I thought the UK stood for United Kingdom and you just really loved to travel there...

 

I must admit for several years after UK joined I thought the same.

Avatar is me doing "fistie-bumps" with the gorilla that used to be in the hallway between Paris and Bally's. He was gone last time I checked.

 

Ha, Ha. That's funny. When he was modding and gave me an infraction, I cursed him out and called him a stupid Brit!!! LOL

 

Breeze came at me 2 ways. I had a buddy who always said, "Yo, Cool Breeze" every time he saw me. I later became just Breeze.

It is also my favorite song, The Breeze, by my favorite band, Lynyryd Skynyrd.

I am a huge Philadelphia Flyers fan and I held a season ticket for many years until my job took me to Maryland, where I decided to retire. That's where the 147 comes in. Those are retired Flyers numbers - 1 for Bernie Parent, 4 for Barry Ashbee, 7 for Bill Barber. On some sites I'll throw in the 16 for Bobby Clarke.

The avatar is Paul "Paulie Walnuts" Gaulitieri from The Sopranos. He just cracks me up. My Philly accent is a distant cousin of the Newark accent used on the show. One day, someone said you sound like you should be on The Sopranos. So I picked out Paulie as my favorite.

I thought UK was United Kingdom too, but that "fanatic" was more like "Las Vegas fanatic from the UK", not a fanatic of the UK...

 

For me: back in 1988 on the internet I was using the nickname "The Caesar" which eventually became "Augustus" in the early 90s and then "Auggie" in the mid 1990s.

Pretty simple for me. I love Dino....grew up hearing his music all the time and watched him have cocktails and smoke cigs on TV and sing and crack jokes. Then w/ the Rat Pack and the Vegas connection it was set in stone....my favorite guy ever....the king of cool

My name is BlueSkadoo...because on the kids' show "Blue's Clues" at the end of the show, Blue the dog would "skadoo" (dance) when he solved the mystery. It always cracked me up seeing Blue the dog do the cabbage patch, so...here I am.

Kobra is my favorite .45 from Ed Brown and 2848 was the number of the Mustang Cobra I got my wife out of 4005 produced in 1995.
