    anyone know if you can exchange the coupons ?

    just got Circus Circus Buffet comps but noticed they added the bellagio lunch for only 5,000 more points

    If you email them, they can refund LPs, but good luck getting the Bellagio ones. They don't show up often, and they go in 15 minutes when they do show up.

    You gotta go for the bellagio ones at exactly 12 PST when they refresh them. I did last night, got it, the reward was gone in roughly 5 minutes.

    Do you know if they do this every night?

    Also if the free buffet is for two people do you happen to know if you can just use it for one person on two different days?

    They've done it the past three nights. I'm not sure if you can use it different days or not. My advice is to call and ask.

    Who exactly do i email/contact to cancel a reward i purchased but can't use?

    I think you call the number provided on the email you received when you purchased the reward.

    As long as it's not a hotel room, you can contact them here with your confirmation and tell them you want to cancel/get a refund.

    They do not allow refunds or exchanges on hotel rooms once you call and book the room.
