    HI ,

I've been to Vegas many many times. We got a very reasonable rate for the Excalibur. We arrive on February 4th. Today I received an email stating I'd been chosen ( haha ) for an upgrade starting at $6.00 / night.
The offer is for a Tower Deluxe Room. I would like to be in Tower 2, a renovated room with the widescreen ( appart they now call them Contemporary rooms)

This offer would not be for a contemporary room would it ?

I was thinking of trying the $20.00 sandwich just with our basic room rate. We stay 7 nights. What does everyone think, not sure if I should pay this Deluxe Room upgrade or not?

Hmmm I looked it up on Mlife, a random date and saw this

"Relax or entertain in our Deluxe Room. Boasting 25-50 more square feet than our Tower Room as well as a sitting area, comfort reigns in this amenity-filled space."

So I guess it's not upgraded just larger? I wouldn't pay for that. Looks like the Contemporary rooms run about $20 more a night.

I was at the Mirage last week and my buddy got stuck in Vegas due to the storms in the NorthEast. I called casino services from the room phone and was connected to the Mlife desk. They offered Excalibur for 25.00 a night as a last minute booking rate.

If you're an Mlife member, call the number on the back of the card and speak to someone about best rates available for your dates.
