We have been there several times and really enjoy it. We took friends there last trip and they liked it too; lots of history and knowledgable guides. There is a quirky old store on site (be sure to ask about the rattlesnakes in the freezer) and an old plane from a movie (can't remember the name). I always recommend this place to visitors looking for something different to do The name of the mine is Techatticup.

Maybe recommend once, we didn't really find it much of an experience. It's pretty hokey, but the sights are somewhat interesting.

I was there about 3 years ago. It was interesting as I like looking at old machinery and tools of the mining age. Took the mine tour. It was ok but I'm been on several mines and once you've seen one they are about the same. From there we went on down to the Colorado river which was pretty. It was worth it. If I had more time I would have looked around more.
