    Hello,

My wife and I will be celebrating a wedding anniversary in July and we'd like to dine at the Eiffel tower restaurant. If we want a window seat facing the strip do would need to request that or pay perhaps tip the head waiter a little something?

    Thanks,
    DT

Dan, I last ate there about five years ago ad I requested a window seat facing the fountains when I made the reservation. And that's what I got, so I doubt you will need to tip the hostess

See, he is "The Man". He even visits this board and chimes in. It was eight years ago, this coming 4Aug. that he was one of the first to know that my wife accepted my wedding proposal. We ate at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, where I proposed. Unfortunately, did not receive the "extra-special table". Ask, maybe it is available to you. Maybe this year, on our return, week of 9Aug (wink, wink). Lyle was just heading home for the evening, rode the elevator down with us, and walked through the parking garage together. He was very gracious and pleasant.
