I have been craving some eggs benedict for a breakfast in Vegas.

I have had them on cruise ships and at the Vegas buffets. But they are just
so-so. The sauce is dry and the eggs are too well done.

Does the Mon Ami Gabi have great eggs benedict? Who does?

I will be in Vegas on June 3rd. LucyR.

Big fan of the ones at Bellagio Cafe. The standard eggs benedict are great, but the crab cakes benedict are even better!

Try the Carson Cafe at the Nugget if you are downtown, I was very happy with them. Just be sure to ask for soft yolks.

The eggs benedict at Mon Ami Gabi are really delicious, as is the Maryland Crab Cake Benedict at Cafe Bellagio. However, if you ever stay at Bellagio the Maryland Crab Cake benedict from Bellagio room service is even better than the Cafe version.

I would go with Mon Ami Gabi because the setting on the patio on a gorgeous day is preferable. I also order the fresh apple juice - it looks almost like pear juice (I have never seen apple juice that looked like that before) and it is REALLY good. Plus the coffee at Mon Ami Gabi is better than the coffee at Cafe Bellagio.

    Mon Ami Gabi

Since I will be staying at Ballys..... it will be so easy just to walk to the Paris hotel and eat at Mon Ami Gabi for breakfast.

I will try Bellagio another time. Crab cakes sounds great.

Thank you all for the information. LucyR.

Raffles at Mandalay has a really good Benedict that uses filet Mignon and spinach. It's really good and really rich. They also have a resturant.com certificate. You can get two of those benedicts and two mimosas for about half price if you use that certificate!

I love Eggs Benedict. The version I had at Mon Ami Gabi left me disappointed. The eggs were overcooked to the point they reminded me more of a boiled egg instead of a poached one. I really enjoyed the one I got at Payard in Caesar's Palace. It was cooked perfectly, with very thick bacon, a croissant and perfect sauce.

I would recommend the Eggs Benedict at Cafe Bellagio. I wasn't impressed with MAG's
