Will Easter be busy in LV?

Do people take long weekends just because it is Easter?

Will the actual Easter holidays be busy?

Or is it business as usual?

Not sure on the exact relationship between chocolate eggs and gambling ins the US :evillaugh

Not sure how Easter plays into it, but the Orleans, Gold Coast, Frankie's Tiki Room and anything else that the Rockabilly crowd likes will be busy due to the Viva Las Vegas festival that weekend.

Spent the last two Easter Sundays in Las Vegas. The lines at the buffets are longer on that Sunday but other than that not whole lot of differance then any other Sunday.

I've been going to Vegas on Easter weekend for about 10 years now, and there seems to be no difference that time than any other weekend - except Sunday meals - with some special Easter dinners being featured.

If someone says its 'slower' it can be subjective - depending on which casino/strip area and restaurant they were at then.

Easter weekend is Rockabilly at The Orleans. That casino will be busy. The resturants will be busy and it's hard to find a place to park. The whole Rockibilly thing is one reason we go over Easter.

We go just about every year at Easter time....last year the weekend seemed busy but once Mon came it was SLOW everywhere....this year we are arriving on Easter Sunday and thinking about a brunch that day....last year we did the Sterling Brunch and it was to die for....this year we are thinking about the buffet at Caesar's but I too think the line will be VERY LOOOOONG....maybe we can get a line pass with our comped room....anyone get a line pass because you have a comped room...staying at Harrah's.....
