Where do you think I'd be more apt to score a Suite upgrade...NyNy or Monte Carlo?
My wife and I are "officially" getting married in October..we've enough MyVegas points for either NyNy or MonteCarlo...I'd REALLY like to get a Suite (Ziggurat or Diamond) upgrade...I'd be willing to PAY, but preferrably slide a $100 (either way, paying full price for the upgrade)
    What do you guys think?

If you really really want a suite, I recommend paying for a suite. It's best to know what room you're getting before you come to the hotel than be disappointed that the hotel was unable to accommodate your request.

I'd just pay! It's your wedding, you can splurge a little ;) if I recall aren't those suites not all that expensive? What are you gonna say to your wife if it doesn't work haha. Not a real smooth way to start things off lol. They likely don't have many of these suites, so I think it would be better to just pay for it.

Here's a nice deal, and $75 dining credit to the Pub. I just picked some random dates.. a regular room was $66, Diamond was $134 that doesn't seem too bad.

I'll be using MyVegas to pay (for the base room) then hopefully UPGRADE (pay for) the diamond suite...and you're right..from BASE to DIAMOND, it's only a $150 difference..so I guess when I call, I'll just tell them I want that, right?

Can't hurt to try on the phone? Not sure how that would work with MyVegas. I guess you could ask on the phone.

they send room upgrades in email a few weeks before which might be better than what they offer on phone.
