E-Mail after calling the Hotline for KA Tickets?

    Hi everybody,
    just a quick question regarding my first redeemed rewards. Last week I got 2 tickets for KA, and I called the Hotline to book the tickets. This was no problem, but she told me I would receive a confirmation e-mail within the next 24-48 hours. I haven't received an email, I checked also the junk mail. She gave me a confirmation number while we were on the phone, which I wrote down.
    Have you received an email after booking any kind of show tickets? I don't want to call again, as it is pretty expensive for me from Germany :rolleyes2:

    I just book my Zumanity tickets 2 weeks ago, and no email, you just go to the box office before 4PM, with confirmation # and I.D.

    Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn't. I wouldn't worry about it. If you have the reward and confirmation numbers, your all set.

    No email for us when we made Love reservations. I did write down the confirmation number.

    For some reason they treat emails like they are gold coins or something. I never get one.

    All you will need is the confirmation code, of course that and id and your mlife card.

    i just redeemed 4 awards last week and just had all the numbers written down on a scrap of paper that that was fine for them.

    I never got an email for my KA tickets or my Love tickets. Or room reservations from MyVegas either, for that matter.

    The only time I get an email confirmation is when I book offers through casino marketing.
