I am a relative regular in Vegas and know the routine for most aspects of the trip. Usually tend to be on the dressy side. At night in the casino or at dinner or club it is always a nice button down (Robert Graham, Maceoo, Bugatti, etc.) and / or a sport coat with a nice pair of jeans and sharp shoes. Daytime is usually jeans or nice shorts and a real nice t-shirt or golf shirt.

What in the he** do I wear to brunch though. Will be out there this coming weekend for the Vegas Uncorked. We are doing Saturday brunch at Lago at the Bellagio and Sunday at RAO at Caesars. What is appropriate? Like i said, i am usually pretty dressed up in the evenings. How casual could i get away with for brunch. Too early in the year for white pants??

Unless you're in a very exclusive restaurant, dress for brunch only needs to be what won't get you arrested! :)

Seriously, you'll see everything from shorts and tees to suits and dresses, most outfits tending to the former. :)

It sounds like you're the type of person who will dress fine and probably better than most. Its usually people who walk around in sweats or basketball jerseys that need to ask about this.

I don't think the seasonal "rules" for white pants apply in Vegas. Its a resort destination and its practically always summer. Go crazy with them.

I like to break out the linen clothes in Vegas anytime outside of the winter.

We'll see you out there for Uncork'd!

You should be totally fine dressing casually. Especially on Sunday after the big Saturday night events. I see people in shorts all over the place at brunch time, even at nicer places.

    Thanks for the feedback!!
I know it seemed an off the wall question. Like i said, I make regular trips but am usually a Peppermill, Hash-House, Margaritaville etc. type for breakfast. Never realized that i never gave much thought tho this type of event.

    Much thanks, it is appreciated.......
