    If you're ok with $15-or-$25 minimums, the Golden Gate has a great 2-deck game in the "high-limit" salon... it's always $25 at night, but during the afternoons, they often drop it to $15... (2-deck, shoe, 3:2, DAT, DAS, 35% or so cut-away). It's their only two-deck game.
    CSMs on the main floor, but they have the same rules... $5 min.

    (Both 'theD' & GG offer only 3:2 blackjack... no 6:5)
