Does anyone know if the downtown Boyd casinos rooms TV's have sports channels? ESPN Channels or FOX Sports? I'm considering staying at MSS or Cal.

The TV options at MSS and Cal are very lean. I am sure there is a sports channel or two on there but not sure which ones. I think they probably have the fewest channels of any place I've stayed. Fortunately, they do have a Keno channel.

In the room at MSS...ESPN & ESPN2. There are few more channels available at the bars, but think basic cable sports.
I know every once in a while, at the bar, they can get some LA Dodgers games that aren't on ESPN, but that is about it.
No Fox Sports at MSS in the rooms.

I'm told if you put a little bit of foil on the rabbit-ears antenna and lean towards the north, that little 19" portable can pick-up PBS! ( I kid... I kid!) :poke:

You'll get ESPN and ESPN2 in your room, but not Fox Sports 1. Also, the channels aren't in HD.

I honestly don't think I have ever turned the TV on in any hotel room in Vegas. I've never even thought about it.

They also have that channel that lists all the Hawaiian High School Reunions, Birthday Parties, and Anniversary Parties. I go crash these parties instead of playing Keno when things go south. Haven't been kicked out of one yet! :woot:

Finally something that I've done that The Famous Squidward hasn't - I tried to crash one of those and got kicked out.

    Alcohol was involved.

I put it on one of the Spanish channels at night when going to bed, and turn the volume all the way down... then it's ESPN in the morning with my coffee.

Seems like forever from now, but the flights are booked, so it counts!
