When you bet the Don't, how do you tip the boys (and ladies)?

I usually bet the hardways for them.

What do you throw out and what do you think us best?

    Hardways are sucker bets.

I usually just put out two stacks in the Don't area. The crew usually knows the larger stack is my bet the shorter stack is their bet and if they keep quiet about it no one will be walking away from the table.

I'll put em right next to me on the don't. If they haven't hooked a win in a few rolls, I'll tell them to put it away.

When I started betting for the dealers a few weeks ago, it was pretty funny because I asked 'what's the best way to tip you guys?' and we all had to think about it. It's a bit delicate because they don't want to make a big deal about winning a nice tip on an unfortunate situation for others at the table, but st the end of the day a tip is a tip is a win.

They were also a bit perplexed when I asked what's a good bet on the come out when playing dark. We eventually figured the 7-11 bet is the way to go, and after playing a while I figure just the yo bet is it. That is if you have some lay bets out there that can hedge against losing your don't come bet if the 7 turns up. Then you have to fear is the yo.

If the point is not 6 or 8, I may do a place bet for them on those. I will never make it so I have a don't come on it at the same time though.

I have put out a don't come as well, my only reason for liking the place bet more is that it has a chance of hitting more than once.

I like the idea of betting a 6&8 for them. I have bet this for myself in practice before so I'll have to use that in play also.

Usually on the comeout I bet a yo and will often do that for the dealers too.

I bet the field....if it wins I toss the chip to the crew and leave the bet...it attracts their attention AND especially when 2 or 12 comes along. It is a simple bet that can grow into double figures or not. But as time goes by they know what / whom the field bet is for....

always bet the hardways. sure it's a sucker bet, but when it hits, it pays much more for them.

I always play the pass line whether right or dark side.If playing the dont might play more on the line than if right, because if i play right will give them " booties"--odds on the pass.
