First time flying with them, know I am taking a risk.(lol)

I have heard that priority access will let you go through first class lines at the airport, can anyone confirm this that has
    flown with them? Thanks!

If you're talking about lines that allow you to board the plane before others, yes. Otherwise, the airport couldn't care less about any upgraded class of ticket. Your only hope for a "pass-through" would be the TSA Pre-check status.
Good luck on Allegiant. I had a horrible experience going to Vegas a few weeks ago. I would really doubt that I would give them another chance, unless I had very flexible travel times. My original flight was delayed by nearly nine hours and I ended up losing money since they don't allow refunds for cancelled flights.
    Good luck!
