First, the TR website is cumbersome and not intuitive at all. Second, the rates change too often. You refresh your browser and you might see a different rate. Finally, you cannot make more than 1 reservation even though the dates aren't overlapping. That's so frustrating. For example, I booked Friday and Saturday at Bally's and wanted to book Caesars on Sunday. Couldn't do that online. The website will ask you to call. I called and the rep could help with the booking, but not at a much higher rate is than the one offered online. And he and his supervisor couldn't match/honor the online rate. WTF! They should remove the "Best rate guarantee" image from their websites. I hope Caesars go bankrupt and broken up into multiple companies.
