Does anyone hate Caesars' Total Rewards Website?

First, the TR website is cumbersome and not intuitive at all.

Second, the rates change too often. You refresh your browser and you might see a different rate.

Finally, you cannot make more than 1 reservation even though the dates aren't overlapping. That's so frustrating. For example, I booked Friday and Saturday at Bally's and wanted to book Caesars on Sunday. Couldn't do that online. The website will ask you to call. I called and the rep could help with the booking, but not at a much higher rate is than the one offered online. And he and his supervisor couldn't match/honor the online rate. WTF! They should remove the "Best rate guarantee" image from their websites.

I hope Caesars go bankrupt and broken up into multiple companies.

I liked the old website better.
The new one doesn't give the options the old one did-I liked when you could see all hotels together instead of having to go to each one individually.
Also the old site was much easier to navigate through

If you select that your dates are flexible, you can see all of the hotel rates on one page.

I actually really like the site. It's sooooo much better than Mlife's. I do agree that the rates change too often. I'll see a rate I like, click to another page, and then it's gone! It is the most dynamic pricing that I've ever seen.

It's mixed, i like some of the old but also some of the new.
You can still look at your future about a year in advance, i already know what my April 2016 rates are at the moment.
I'm already booked for 2015. I grab what i can when the rates for that week are really low. I use my CC to book, but the card shows zero, then when i get to Vegas i take care of my business.

Social Rewards at Caesars is also incredible. My resort fees for June ($150) are already on my TR card with more coming on the way.

    Hail Caesar!!

P.S. Still trying to find out if using your TR card when you check out constitutes a gambling day.

Every thing I'm reading on the net points to yes. People have recommended settling your bill the night before check out.

As for the OP, yes not being able to switch hotels under the same tr account is definitely annoying. As is some of the price changes. I think the prices creep up when you actively look for rooms. I noticed this on our last trip to Tunica. First it was $33 for a weeknight. Then $42. I leave the site for 20 minutes and it's back down to $33 and grab it. And I booked at 6:30 am central that day, so I am highly doubting it was a change in availability.

All this being said, it's a much more versatile site than most gaming corporations. TR is one of CETs biggest assets.

Thanks tringlomane. What i found out by reading the Harrah's and Caesars ADT report was that i can use my TR card up to 5:59 am the last morning, otherwise using my card at 6:01 am that morning constitutes the next gambling day. That includes using my TR credits to pay my bill at check out at 11 am.
So, i can gamble (inserting my card) into a machine at 1 am-2 am and still count as the day prior to check out day. Also, when i'm through gambling for the duration of my trip, using my rewards credits to pay my hotel bill, which usually occurs at 11 am at check out, can be used before 5:59 am (in my case just before turning in for the night, whether it be 1 or 2 am), and NOT constitute a gambling day.
So when i wake up on the morning of my departing day, i will be free to leave at 11 am knowing that my last day didn't hurt my ADT score.
Also, i like to gamble at CET properties each day, around 3 or 4, but that may hurt my offers/comps. I was told each day you should concentrate on using your card at one maybe two properties instead of using your card at 3,4,5 properties.
Since i primarily gamble at Cromwell, Paris, PHO, and sometimes the LinQ, i'll use one night at each, and then the last night (before 5:59 am), gamble at either Paris or PHO or maybe both. I know many people who only stay a couple of nights, so trying to cram as many casinos as you can (using your card) may seem like the logical thing to do, but at least in my case since i stay in Vegas 5 or 6 nights at a time, i can gamble the night away at one casino at a time. I was concentrating my play at CET, which i thought was being loyal, but in the long run, at least for me now, using my gambling bankroll at the places i like to play at (CET), will be better now if i spend it all at one property each day instead of what i have been doing in the past.
This explains why on my last trip at PHO in Nov.and paid off my bill at 11 am at check out hurt my ADT score. That is why the overall TR rates got higher in 2015.
Luckily, i did find rates that are incredible because i'm flexable (too bad my body can't say the same thing).

i only have one issue with the total rewards site...prices for rooms vary by the time you book it, if there is a major event going on and your level of play recently...heres my issue, being a 7star member, you get "FREE" rooms and with 72hour notice guaranteed a room. now i log into TR website to book a room and I havent played much for a while, it gives me depending on the casino anywhere from $0-$35 on up to $900 a night...we get free rooms so why doesnt the system get this corrected...

I contacted my other host at Ceasars Palace and he booked my augustus tower stay for the mayweather fight april 30th-may 4th...all free, i goto the website and it only offers nobu handicap room for $750 a night

anytime i need a room i just text one of my host and they book it free no matter what the website says, sometimes it even says soldout for that day and i still end up getting a room

the other issue i have is it will show rooms at the hotel on the site, while im logged in say it wont offer me NOBU or the augustus tower, now i log out and go check and those towers are available

It's extremely intuitive for me, and is much better than their competitors websites.

I really like the Website but mostly because of the "Flexible dates" options where I can see my rates for all casinos.
that and the fact that I can easily book up to 5 days comp'd.

The website is one of the better things about TR.
    Mlife site is awful

Cosmo's website is barely considered functional. You can't book offers or casino rates there. And if you check your points it only gives you how many points you have to spend and not your tier points so you have no idea which tier or how close/far you are from the next.
