On my last trip at palazzo, i played much more roulette than usual and less baccarat. Do you guys take "free spins" when playing roulette like free hands in Baccarat?

I know the pattern has no effect in roulette. Some will argue the pattern doesn't matter in bacc as well.

By the way, palazzo single 0 in the hl room does not give you half your bet on the outside bets. They also let you bet promo chips on any bet unlike cosmo which only let you bet 1:1 bets only on roulette.

I don't because I worry my 17 or 20 will come up on the free spin

Will only do it when playing outside. Never do it when playing inside. However my style is more hit and run only play about 30 mins at a time. Also i will determine before i get to a table if i should play inside or outside whick will make the game more mentally painful at times

I think what the OP is asking is whether or not other people here take a hand or spin "off" in an attempt to break a pattern of losing results.

    Exactly.

I was betting 300 on 1-18 and 100 on the double street. I then started betting 200-300 on two columns each after finding out you don't get half your bet on outside bets when 0 hits. I caught a bad streak where I didn't hit many in a row. I jumped on the streaky side then the streak stopped

I was curious if people play every spin or take a break from a few spins when it goes bad

As a craps player I can say emphatically that streaks do not exist. That being said, I continuously increase my bet whenever a streak is happening. I'll sit out a roll if I don't feel good about a shooter. The only people that know you have no action are the dealers, and they're not bringing you drinks!

I've done it inadvertently at a full table. Usually it's when a cocktail waitress or perhaps a friend dropped by to say hello or watch.

I play 0 roulette extensively. Every casino has different rules about whether/how they allow free spins. Its not a company wide decision, but a casino by casino one. Sometimes I've been given different responses at the same casinos depending on the pitt bosses. First, you will need to be the only one playing to get a true free spin. That is, no bets whatsoever. Obviously if someone else is playing, just sit out. It will have the same result. But, basically, the higher you play, the more likely you are to get a free spin. Some properties will allow me to take (I presume) as many as I want in a row. I can recall having had them do them repeatedly until they hit one of my numbers; probably 8 or 9 times Some properties only prefer to do them one time, though if you press they might do more than one. Some places like the Beau in Biloxi really hate doing them and it takes the pitt boss getting permission from the shift manager or higher, which seems silly in such a truly random game. So, I've only pressed the issue with them once and they gave me 1 free spin and said no more, so I just quit gambling for the trip to make my point, just as they made their's. In a nutshell, the answer is that it depends on the property, but if you are betting $10 a spin on a busy floor I wouldn't hold my breath that they would do anything. You are better off asking in a slow, high limit room. Also, if I walk up on a dead game I will usually ask for a free spin while i'm getting chips to change the pattern/dynamic from the last player.

Roulette is a game that I can appreciate for its history, but I do not find it to be interesting.

do you take "free spins" in roulette???

Place a bet on black or red, then stand near the wheel and watch as the ball bounces in and out of the red and black slots. It can become addicting.
