Do prices only increase from here out for late June stay?

Should I book now or wait a week or so to see if prices decrease through better deals popping up?

This would be for weeknight, not weekend, stays and would likely be either Aria or Wynncore.

GF wants to take whatever is best deal tomorrow.

If you are booking direct with the hotel then take your best deal now and keep searching. You can typically cancel with no penalty and rebook if you find something better later. Just be sure to check the fine print so you know the cancellation terms.

I have booked some great deals with booking.com, found better times or deals and cancelled. If you can work at it there are lots of deals out there. Sometimes you just luck out but mostly it is the time you spend looking pays off.....and that is if you think it's fun to shop for the deals. As stated though, you MUST read the fine print on cancellation policy. Most of us book airfare and hotel and entertainment separately but sometimes packages are great too. You just never know.

My mantra always has been book early and often. Just make sure whatever you book is fully refundable.

I don't know what kind of pricing you're seeing now, but late June generally is not a high demand time so I think it's possible maybe even likely you'll see some better deals between now and then. Just check frequently.

It's not often I agree with everyone, but it's all good advice. As long as you can change or cancel without penalty, go ahead and book something (anything) now and keep checking. I wish Delta would operate that way, but since they don't, I ALWAYS reserve rooms before booking air. From that point, I often play "musical hotels," and end up making changes about half the time.

Anyway, I believe that hotel rates are often lower in the hotter months, but we're not talking any gigantic differences.

Would love to book and keep searching but the promo at Wynn (30% off via its site) is non-refundable. Aria however is. Ugh. Why can't Wynn play nice too, especially since it's the hotel I have my heart set on :(

If staying at Wynn go ahead and book the non-refundable rate if your happy with it. Wynn especially always gets more expensive the closer u get. The best rates u can usually find like 3 month in advance and its non refundable, the rates never drop after that.

I don't think they will be going down. I booked Aria a few months ago for that same time and prices are higher than they were before. Check out the promo codes on SmarterVegas. They usually have most of the current deals listed. Make sure to try each one though, the prices will change with each.

Book now and call for price adjustment if it goes down. Don't call for an adjustment if the price goes up. :wink2:

Vegas prices can be crazy as I have seen where prices fluctuate $100 by a day or so.
