I received a 3-night stay and $500 free play from a Vegas casino. It says minimum stay of 3 nights. Do I have to stay all 3 nights? What if I left after 2?

Your future offers may get trashed, but nothing more than that.

This comes up often. Assuming it "requires" you to do a 3 night stay, vs a 1 night or 2 night, here is what you do.

When you have to leave and go back to reality, you put a Do Not Disturb Sign on your door, and leave. Once the normal checkout time comes, they come a knockin and then enter the room. No problem at all.

    Done all the time.

In this situation, make sure you don't charge to your room - use your express comps at mLife or use your TR card at CET's & take the credits off that way. Otherwise if you charge to your room they will normally automatically put it on your CC at check-out. If you do the do-not-disturb it will go on your CC vs. using your comps.

I was just gonna repeat what Nostress noted about the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but JGates has a good point too, if you weren't planning on paying it all on CC.

What I have done in the past (more than once)that has worked with no negative effects,is register for three nights and the day after the second night check out at the desk.I continue to receive the same offers.

    Good luck and big wins,

Doesn't this effect your future comps? Aren't they looking for a particular ADT? If you only stay and play for one or two days, doesn't it lower you theo, thus lowering future comps?

I did this a while back at the Golden Nugget and on my next trip, the host said he could not do anything for me because I was "over comped" and didn't put in the required play last time.

It could. There are too many unknowns to say for sure. Depending on how the room was 'comped' and how much and how much you play and how much your normally play and....

If you don't play there and are only to take the freeplay, the casinos are wise enough to reduce or eliminate your future offers. Usually I do this at properties I don't care to stay at and usually it's not a lot of freebees to begin with because I got the vibe not to play or give them much of my action to begin with.
