    Hi Everyone:

I am looking for a dim sum place on the strip. We are staying at the Mirage April 22 - 25th. Looking for sticky rice, dumplings, etc.

Is there anywhere on the strip where you get a good meal of dim sum for a reasonable price?

Not on the strip, but a shuttle ride away at Gold Coast is Ping Pang Pong for good dim sum and reasonably priced.

Check out China Poblano at Cosmo... their dishes are very much like dim sum, with a twist. Huge fan of that place.

Ping Pang Pong. Worth the brief cab ride. There are certain hours when they serve dim sum exclusively, and man does it get crowded then. But, it is still fun!

+1 - I love the grumpy Asian lady on the cart too. For years I tried to make her smile. She gets it over with as soon as she sees me now.

There are 2 Chinese restaurants at Venetian/Palazzo. Noodle Asia is in Venetian and more of a Chinese Restaurant and Zine is in Palazzo and it is a dim sum specialty restaurant.

We ate at noodle Asia and it was good, about same price as PF Changs

Zine is quite expensive, for a Chinese restaurant, but I was lucky enough to enjoy a comped meal there and it was very good. If you are willing to spend a bit and don't want to leave the strip, then this is certainly a good bet.

Also not on the strip, but you can try the one at Rio right across from the Carnival World Buffet.

That one and Ping Pang Pong are the only two places I'd go if I wanted dim sum inside a casino. And I'm from Southern California, so I know my dim sum =)
