I took Denver -6.5 over Dallas for my biggest bet of the year. I think because the cowboys have a big national following the line is lower than it should be. I know the line is already up to 7 or 7.5 in some places. I think Denver will win by at least 14. Manning knows the Defense Dallas is running so well he will pick them apart.

GL with that. I like it.

Dallas doesn't have much of a home field advantage. The stadium is so big that crowd noise does not have much of an impact.

    6.5 is gone. 7 and 7.5 everwhere.

I have done a 180 on this game.

    Denver's schedule so far:

Three home games. Three of the worst teams in the NFL. Without their best o-lineman. Without their best defensive player. On the road against a team that is not bad and angry after last week's game.

    Laying 7.5?

I am not saying I would put money on Dallas, but I would stay away from this game.

Contemplating taking the Cowboys in my antisurvivor pool. First, because the Broncos are a juggernaut until proven otherwise. And second, because as a Patriots fan I'll be happy if I'm wrong and the Broncos lose (although I doubt the Pats could stop Peyton, even at Foxboro).

I'm laying the 6.5. Dangerous, I know, but not a lot of more obvious choices out there this week, and Dallas will have to score at least 28 to keep up & have a chance to cover.

Peyton Manning is 2-2 career vs the cowboys with 7tds and 7ints. Hes having a hell of a year but Cowboys will put up a fight. I'll be betting the over and avoiding the spread unless its a blowout first half in which case second half will be easy money.

At 6.5 I'da bet it (only win by a TD)
But at 7+ (TD+FG or whatever) it'll be trickier...
