    Hey All,

The wife and I will be in fabulous Las Vegas this Sunday for a week and I need some help.

I've asked before, but just one more time...please.

Where are the sit down-touch screen-Deal or No Deal-machines??
Not a slot machine, more of a touch screen.

In the downtown area I remember one at the Golden Nugget and then I remember one at Mandalay Bay or Luxor.

We'll be staying at the ElCo and I'd like to find one downtown or anywhere for her.

Not really a slot machine...a touch screen.

I've tried to find pictures on the web...but can't find the exact one to show you.

    Thanks for your help!!!

If you are talking about the community slot game with the big video board, there is one in the Monte Carlo towards the back by the food court (or was last month). There are several others around the strip too.

I remember that game. I played it at Stratosphere 2 years ago and won over $200.00 from my case. I won't know if it's still there til the 14th when I'm there. It was along the wall near the security. But if you're at Stratosphere just take a walk around. Might still be there.

The Total Rewards slot find has them listed at Bally's and Flamingo.

    Deal No Deal

Just got back from four days in Vegas yesterday, staying downtown at the Golden Nugget. We had a light meal at Binions in their cafe one night and watched the huge video screen above a Deal or No Deal bank of machines (apparently one of those setups that allows some kind of group play). They are right next to the cafe. Not sure that's what you're looking for, but they are pretty high tech and very new looking. Hadn't seen them there before.

Yeah, I know which Deal or No Deal game you're referring. There are two types that I have played. The slot machine version is pretty common and where you spin the wheels and try to get to the brief case round. We usually do pretty well on these.

The other version is pretty much only the brief case game. At the Golden Nugget, this has been located the past three years in the back corner of the casino near The Chart House restaurant. This is the only d'town casino where I have seen this version. I did play this at Bellagio a couple years ago. At that time it was located along a walkway between The O Theater and the lobby. It was an endcap on a bank of slots, which forced us to sit kind of in the walkway as a few hundred people streamed past us. Yep, that was awkward but we won some money on it. Good luck!

There is a machine at Luxor.

We learned that you don't always get to pick briefcases for your buck.

^^ Ya! Sometimes you have to keep spinning and spinnning to increase the value of the case or something - I remember feeding more and more money into one once, I had like $80 into the machine when it started with a $1 bet or something and I still didnt get to do the case round, the wheel just kept increasing in value.

If you're talking about the touch screens with 5 or so seats and the giant screen above where you interact with Howie and the big community bonus comes up and you want the 10mins for the round to come up, these are my favourite machines!
MGM actually has two of them. Have been pretty lucky on both! Bally's has one (pretty sure) and Mirage has one too (as of July).

    Good luck!

Just an interesting point, a few years ago I was at an Indian casino and asked where Deal or No Deal was ( the old one), the maintenance person told me they pulled them all cause it wasn't a profitable machine for the casino. I don't know if this is true but interesting!

I know that the community one sucks me dry of$$!!
