Coming out in mid July and want to hit up a dance floor, but not a crowded or pretentious one. In my mid 30s.

Carnaval Court at Harrah's is always fun and not pretentious...but can get crowded...but a plus it is outside

Ill second this. It has a dance floor (right in front of stage) you can disappear in but still have your own personal space. Flair bartenders and tables w/ cw that come around often. Very chill vibe and low cost.

Cabaret at Paris. They surprised me that they now have a band on Thursday. Used to be just a deejay. It can be crowded, but fun-crowded not crowded-crowded. I would second Bally's. They usually have a band there most evenings.

I would also say carnival court, always fun. There is also the piano bar at harrahs which is fun and a few step away. There is also an 80s bar in the venetian that is fun, and bond bar at cosmo, toby keiths is fun too if you like country music. I am going in July too yahoo....
