does anyone ever move the needle on the wheel before hitting spin? or do you just leave it at the default spot then hit spin?

I didn't even realize you could move the needle. I always just hit spin immediately. Now that you have pointed it out, I'll probably play with it a little bit more.

I have moved it before but doubt it makes any difference.

I always put it on highest chip amount or highest LP amount (if my chip balance is over 100k)....but ya not sure matters. Only seem to get the highest amount if I miss a day and therefore I am starting over on Day 1 of bonus

You can start it anywhere and it will not make a difference.

I have hit the highest amount 5 times. Every time it is after missing a day and starting over.
    This is not a coincidence.

I have not seen it make a difference changing the wheel starting position.

It doesn't make a difference. You could load up the page, display the wheel, and close it out, and you would still get the same bonus.

The amount you will get is already set by the time the page is loaded. Anything after that (the wheel spinning) is just for show.

I agree. Much like a real slot machine, I've come to believe the result is determined before the spin, most likely when the wheel graphic is loaded. However, with a real slot machine the result is determined at the moment the player hits the Spin button. Everything afterward is all theatrics. A couple of times I've opened up the bonus and for some reason or another closed the page before hitting spin. Once I reopen myVegas it will jump to the results and already added up the bonus.
