Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why the daily spin does not come up. This is on my wife's account, it came up every day up until about 5 days ago, now nothing, doesn't matter what time of day she tries. Thanks for any ideas.
Does the message still come up when she logs in that she won some chips, just you never see the wheel? If that is the case, that means one of you all opened up the game at the time the spin was available, but didn't let it load all the way. The spin is recorded at that moment, then shows you how much you won. If not, I suggest contacting their support, who can look into matter on their end.
Yeah, I have had the frozen wheel from time to time. But the spin is decided once you hit the spin button.
I'm no longer getting it every day either. Sometimes I go 3-4 days without getting it and then one day I got it twice. I got it today but after I got the screen with my total bonuses, it froze and I never did get the 4000+ chips.
