Hey guys. I recently ate at Cut at Palazzo and was blown away by everything. It's the best meal I've ever had in Las Vegas. Just wantde to see if anyone agrees.

    peace

Thoroughly enjoy Cut but not the best meal I've had in Vegas, SW and Carnevino top it in my book and they aren't that close, IMO.

Oh its expensive. 45 for the chicken 85 for the wagyu beef. It was $400+ for me and my girl but so worth it. And we got some great wine too.

I find that Cut is fine, but nothing spectacular. I found it very loud in there. I've only eaten there once because I'm usually on the south strip.
