If there were a free shuttle service, open to the public, from the central area of the strip, let's say Bally's, what casino would you like visit and why?

I wouldn't. Most of the more compelling (to me) ones to visit already have free shuttles.

To me, the free shuttle works better in reverse. It makes me more likely to stay at an off strip casino (especially during really pricey weekends), because I have a free way to visit the strip.

For example, I've stayed at Orleans and loved having shuttles to the strip from there. But the only off strip casinos Ive visited while staying on the strip were Palms and Rio, and that was for specific shows/events for the latter, and clubs a friend wanted to go to for the former.

Red Rock and GVR. I've never been to any off-strip or non-downtown casino but those two look appealing and seem to offer good games. I would visit either one for a day trip.

Many years ago I tried to use a couple of the free shuttles to get to off-strip places (Hard Rock and Rio)... too many people and too few seats available on a regular basis. They'd need a ton of shuttles to keep up with the demand for places like that, it would seem.

While many of us like them, the typical Vegas strip tourist isn't as likely to be enticed by the Orleans/Gold Coast, so their shuttles seem to be efficient and adequate.

So can someone who is NOT a guest of The Orleans/Gold Coast use the shuttles from the strip to their properties and back?
Their website didn't state that it was only for guests but I don't want to miss any "fine print".

If I didn't have a car, shuttle service downtown would be the only thing that would complete things for me. But that be worse than trying to take the bus so that's okay.
