Can anyone recommend somewhere on the strip where I can get a good Cuban Sandwhich? I've never even thought about having one in LV, until now, but hopefully there is somewhere decent.....Thanks VMBers!!!

Mike, the one that i used to go to when i was able to drive was Florida Cafe, close to Downtown. If you don't have a car, use the Strip bus.

If you do have a car they also have a sister property called Havana Grill on Tropicana and Eastern.

If you want to stay close to Caesars and Flamingo, you could try the Cheesecake Factory and Margaritaville, but they're not Cuban restaurants, just an item on the menu. Maybe you'll get lucky there, but i highly recommend Florida Cafe.

Unfortunately, i can no longer eat high sodium, high cholesterol, saturated fats in my diet, otherwise my doctor will kill me......LOL.

Don't know if it's still on the lunch menu, but the Cuban I had at Fleur last year was delicioso.

Snacks at Bellagio used to have an excellent Cuban sandwich. They were recently renovated so I am not sure if the menu has changed, but it is worth checking into.

Bummer Rincon closed. That was an absolute hole and absolutely great. Florida Cafe is fine. We ate there four or five times back in the heyday of our visits so am warning you that this is not a contemporary view.

Della's inside Delano also has a good one on their menu, so there's the possibility of 2 quality options
within a short walking distance of one another.

I got one at the Cheesecake Factory and it was fantastic. Of course this was the first Cuban sandwich I had ever had so I have nothing to compare it to.

I was looking at various Aria restaurant menus today and saw this at Bardot Brasserie:

    FRANCO CUBANO
    smoked pork
    paris ham
    comte cheese
    fresno chiles
    cornichons
    on fresh toasted baguette
    with gaufrette potatoes
