First time VMB poster here. Been staying at Aria for the past five years (approx. 12-14 stays during that time), but changing it up to Cosmo this go around...mainly because Cosmo was able to match (freeplay) and exceed (with food/beverage) my MLife Spring Offer. Have reservations at Blue Ribbon, STK, and Milos for the three-night stay and was planning on doing Wicked Spoon or the Henry for breakfast and lunch at some point. My wife and I are big into fitness and pool people...and were wondering about the fitness centers and pools at the Cosmo?

Fitness Center: I've heard/read there are two fitness centers on-site. Any one better than the other?

Pools: From what I read it seems like the Boulevard Pool is for the party/younger crowd and the Bamboo Pool is for the "quietly relax" crowd. For those out there who have visited Aria and Cosmo, which pool do you prefer?

I am a big health and fitness person myself (except while in Vegas haha just being real) and while I have ventured down and looked at one of the fitness centers (it was nice and well stocked, must have been the better of the two), the pools were my main concern. Having been to all 3 myself I rate them in order of 1)Boulevard 2)Bamboo and 3)Marquee. I think the Boulevard is a perfect mix of fun and party while not being ridiculous like Marquee. When I just want to chill for a bit I will go to the Bamboo pool, which I have managed to have fun at as well!

Of course I'm nearing 40 and even though I don't act or look it (I hope LOL) I'm not into the club and party scene so Marquee was just awful in my opinion. Not sure of your age range but I think Boulevard is a good bet.

My wife and I are in our 40's and enjoy the Boulevard Pool but we always go before Memorial Day and after Labor Day when the party kids aren't around . I'm sure things are quite different in the summer months so the Bamboo Pool would most likely be a better option.

The fitness center in the West Tower is larger and has more weight machines. It also has the tennis courts. The fitness room in the east tower is much smaller, but it has 24 hour access. All you need is your room key to enter.
