What are people's thoughts on the restaurants at Cosmo? I have $500 resort credit to use up from the Cyber Monday special. Will be treating the cousins and my aunt and uncle for dinner and was looking for a good place there to take them to. Plus seeing which other ones are good to eat at as well for spending the resort credit.

Well, probably not the family meal you are thinking about, but Secret Pizza is great!

I really like Milos (Emphasis on really), but I've only been for lunch. I keep trying convince UKFanatic to go there, but I haven't been successful yet! Holsteins is a casual burger joint, it gets a lot of love but I think it's just okay. The buffet is really good for brunch, but I personally found it lackluster for dinner. I have heard great things about Jaleo, and Comme ca but I've not been there.

We have the same deal and are going with Milos. From what I read, it's one of the best restaurants in Vegas. The menu is online, and you can make reservations on opentable.

I was trying to remember the greek place you had mentioned to me. But decided to stick to the one place I have actually experienced: me and a bunch of club kids eating pizza

Thanks for the advice - will discuss Milo's with the family!

(and didn't think to use the resort credit at the gift shop too!)

I really, really love Milo's lunch special. For dinner I enjoy Scarpetta and Jaleo. If you're feeling adventurous China Poblano is a lot of fun. Blue Ribbon Sushi is really good, but way overpriced. Holsteins is a lousy upscale burger joint.

I don't get too crazy with food, but some coworkers talked me into trying China Poblano last month. It was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

    My preference:
    Scarpetta
    D.O.C.G.
    Secret Pizza
    Comme Ca
    Milos
    Henry
    China Poblano

    Skip Holsteins.

Haven't done the buffet, Blue Ribbon, Jaleo or STK.

Can someone tell me exactly where Secret Pizza is? I know it's in a kind of awkward place. It isn't shown on the Cosmo site map. Hence the name I suppose :rolleyes2:

I think the wicked spoon is one of the best buffets in LV. It's not huge but everything there is just great. If you are going casual and the family wants to eat a bunch, that would be my choice.

Take glass elevator to third floor. Find pool table. Go down hall with all the old vinyl album covers on wall.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned STK, if hip, loud Steakhouse is what you are looking for, you will love it! I actually enjoyed my steak here more than at Craftsteak.

We went to Milos last night and it was amazing! Best fish meal I've ever had. The Milos special appetizer is a must have. Fried/seasoned zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki, but that description can't do it justice. I was going to get the steak, but then saw all the fresh fish there and remebered, it's a fish restaurant! So I had the salmon and my wife was tuna, and we both agreed it was awesome.
    Definitely worth it.

I agree went there last week and the special appetizer is amazing, definitely my favorite restaurant there but jaleo is a close second. I thought china poblano was way overrated and the food average and the service weird and unfriendly.

+1 for Milos lunch special (great deal) and Secret Pizza

Also, Jaleo and STK are supposed to be really good, but I have not been to either.
