Last time I checked Identity points accrued at Cosmo could only be used against restaurant bills (and perhaps other hotel services). Occasionally there was a promotion where points could be converted to freeplay but that was not usual. It's a while since I last checked with Cosmo. Anyone know what the current setup is?
The last time I used Identity points (less than a year ago), you could spend them as cash anywhere on the property, excluding gaming.
