Mindlessly easy and tasty dinner last night.

Toasted and crushed coriander seeds and rubbed 'em on a pork tenderloin (this would work as well on beef tenderloin). Tossed it on the grill, served with a good salsa, potato galette and then some carrots we picked up at the farmers' market on Sunday. So good. So damn easy.
