Just got to stay away from the hookers on the strip. Yes the police do stings in the hotels, with the hotels permission. I have a friend who works on LVMPD and is a vice detective.

Waste of tax payers money, imo. Guy probably loses his job over this too, meh.

After reading the article, the guy deserves to lose his job - and not just over this. It seems like he has been nothing but trouble to his hometown police force and has previously been demoted and the subject of an internal affairs investigation.

    What, no professional courtesy

The cop sniffs out two undercover cops sitting at the bar, but still proceeds to solicit. :nono: Is he dumb or what.

There's a lot of professional courtesy in the LE world, I'm surprised they busted him.

Yeah I am surprised when a cop gets busted for a simple DUI, I thought they looked out for each other (not saying it is right or wrong just the way it is).

It's got to be pretty bad to get arrested for soliciting in Vegas of all cities!

Plus it took the guy 50 minutes to close the deal and still couldn't figure out she was an undercover.

Not true any longer. Too much liability involved now.
