Yea I know, what am I doing here asking for tax advice.:poke:

But we enter the Boyd Pick The Pros football contest each week we are town when the NFL is going. She won again for the second time this season, along with a couple of hundred other people who split the second place money.

She had to give her Social both times. Anybody know what the threshold is that the casino reports CONTEST wins? No actual W-? form was issued but lots of paper work, DL photocopy etc.

Anything over $600 and the contest sponser would need to file a 1099 with the IRS and you should receive a copy as well.
