Does anyone know how to contact hotels by email. Like a customer service email? I'm trying to get ahold of Planet Hollywood. I've looked all over their site and can only find facebook, twitter, and foursquare.

    thanks

Though I can not help directly, I have found that most hotels, especially bigger ones pay very little attention to emails. If you do find one, it would be very important to find the right department. Chance of it getting to the right place are slim.

Is it anything the folks here can help you with?

I have found it best to reach out on social media. I had an issue with a property, posted on facebook, they quickly sent me a direct email address to the social media team who took care of the issue, all in less than an hour.

Timbre, tell us more about why you want to do it by email...

Have you attempted to resolve the issue by phone first?

I just wanted to send a message to someone about the experience that I had at the Spice Market. I'm not looking for anything just wanted to let them know about a few things. Wasn't going to go the phone route because I can slowly during the day type an email while at work and then send it when it's done. Can't always guarantee time one the phone for a conversation

Ok, how about you just call and ask for the email of the Spice Market head manager and tell them you want to email some feedback. They usually really want to hear this kind of thing.

As others have said, general email addresses that might be on the internet are gonna be stuffed. You want an extremely targeted email address.

Did you stay at PH? If so they may send you a guest survey to fill out over email. Fill it out, and be fair and descriptive in your comments. I did that after our stay at PH and got a personal response from the head of Diamond services. Then had a short back and forth over email with her about some of the issues I had. I have her email address, but I don't think that is the person you should contact.

I did the same thing after our first stay at Aria this year, I praised the hotel in the survey they sent me but criticized a couple of things, and was very descriptive but tried to be fair as well. I received a personal reply from a manager there and if I recall correctly he even asked me if he could call to discuss. Though I don't remember speaking to him.

Point being, they do read the comments in the guest surveys. I'd bet they dismiss anything that just seems like a rant, but if you lay out some fair points of criticism and describe them well they do seem to pay attention to them. Good quality customer feedback is valuable.

Even better would be to try that @caesars.com :poke:

I would just go to the Caesars webpage and click on either Customer Service or Contact Us....can't remember which it is. I have gotten terrific responses from there and always within 24 - 72 hours. Each issue was resolved or question answered by a knowledgeable representative or elevated to a hotel manager. Good luck!

I sent a review as a first time stay/play to marketing at TI only because I couldn't find a direct addy to send it to.

Marketing forwarded it to all appropriate areas and within 24 hrs I had 3 conversations going on.

I was very happy with how it worked out as I expected nothing in return on the original email.

I hope you told them they have 38x more scent in the air than is needed. I keep telling that over and over but never get any acknowledgement.
