    Hello,

Is anyone aware of a way to check for upcoming conferences for strip hotels? I've checked the hotel webpage and the LV chamber of commerce but didn't find anything.

I'm trying to see if I can avoid Vegas during the large conferences. I was in LV last week staying at Paris where at least a couple of conferences were being held. There was also the big Black Hat conference going on at Caesars. Makes for a very crowded scene once they take their breaks.

    Thanks,
    DT

A conference with a few hundred, or sometimes even a thousand or so may not be a big deal. You can get an idea how big by looking at the rate calendar (without logging in) as the hotel rates will jump up.

I believe another source for conferences is www.lvol.com, and you might google the LV Convention Center for lots of information as well.
