    Just wondering...

I am a low roller Gold Mlife member. We typically play slots and get a small amount of free play ($50.00 to $75.00) when we have contacted host/marketing reps for our 4-5 day visits. On our trip last month the host introduced himself on the casino floor then proceeded to give us both $300.00 FP for an anniversary gift compliments of the house. Is this an unusual thing to do (given that this was our first visit to the resort)? This shocked us both... as this had never happened before?!

There must be a record of this gift on the books somewhere......So other hosts at other resorts could see what was previously offered could they not?

We just booked @ Mirage (our first time) and even without asking we got an amount FP and resort credit included in our 3 comped nights (Mirage Suite). Is the FP/Resort Credit/Comped rooms a result of our previous play or is this speculative on the hosts' part? When I checked the Mlife website for the dates we got thru the host, we just got discounted pricing for a standard room and no FP nor Resort credit. Do hosts have that type of discretion with a low roller such as the two of us?

Just wondering, not complaining...actually humbled by it all:)

Pretty much impossible to answer your questions without having more info. What's your daily bankroll, what kind of games do you play, how many hours a day do you play, etc.?
