I don't have a credit card, only a debit card.
I have a comped room on CET for 4 nights and I am trying to book it.
The Grand Total comes to $0, $0 fees/taxes.

Will my card be billed 0?

They will automatically put an incidentals charge on your debit card when you check in. You may need to check with the property to see what their policy is. Alternatively, you could give them cash if you don't want your card to be dinged for the incidentals amount. Naturally, unless you go "Hangover" on the room, they'll charge back that amount on checkout

Every time I have stayed at one of their properties in a fully comped room they didn't charge my card until we checked out.

If, when you check in, you state that you don't want the ability to charge to room then won't even need a credit or debit card.

When you get there if you don't want your credit or debit card charged for a room hold but you want to be able to charge things to your room then you can also leave a cash deposit.

I've never been charged anything at booking or check-in from CET on a comped room.
