If I redeem for a companion ticket to a show ..ie Carrot Top does this mean I have to wait till I get there to go get my redemption and purchase tickets.
We would like to go on a specific date and only have one date so would like to ensure our tickets are purchased in advance.
Can someone explain how it works.
    Thanks
    Robyne

Ps there is 3 of us going so we might as well get a free ticket :)

Call into the redemption number and ask them. They may be able to assist you with purchasing a ticket and booking the companion ticket at the same time. They may also be able to purchase a 3rd ticket to ensure you can all sit together.

When you redeem it'll give you a number, I'm sure you just do it all over the phone and they can help you buy a 3rd ticket.

I've bought the Carrot Top reward twice. They'll hit your credit card for the "purchased" tickets and then issue you your seats. You obviously tell them what date you want and they'll set it all up for you. Then you just pick the tickets up at the ticket office once you get to Vegas.

One small bit of advice, try to ask for better seats than what they "assign" you. Both times they gave me decent seats in the third row, but I was able to ask for front row tickets and they obliged.

The carrot top reward is a great deal.

Thanks Hillwood24 but is there really a difference between row 3 and 1
Not sure I want to get haggled!

Ps will be with my 70 year old mother and 16 year old son so don't need the shot of Crown either but ...would drink it....

I find sometime sitting to close is a disadvantage. Thoughts?

There's really no bad seats in this theatre as its kinda small. I've seen it three times and sat basically in the back the first time. The second time I sat in the front row and enjoyed it sooooo much more because you can really see his facial expressions which make the show a lot better and funnier.

I mentioned asking for better seats because the first time they tried to put me in row 3 (which is perfectly fine) but in seats 1 and 2 on the very end of the row. In this theater, I'm not sure you'd want to be on the very end as you might have a bit harder time seeing some of the stuff. I asked for seats closer to the center before I got off the phone and he ended up putting me in the front row, dead center. The last time I used this reward, I just straight up asked for front row tickets. They'll accommodate you if they can. Both times I had dates, so it made them feel special that I secured front row seats.

Edit: Also, Carrot Top doesn't really haggle people except when he's passing out the Crown. And he walks between rows 1-4 so you'll be in one of those rows anyway with this reward.

I wouldn't wanna sit in the front row haha. We were in the middle and could see everything fine.

    It says on ticketmaster

    Restrictions
Must be 16yrs or older to attend.
    Guests 16yrs & 17yrs old must
be accompanied by a parent or guardian

    So should be fine.

So I just purchased the Zarkana companion ticket for 6,000 pts. It will only cost me $79 plus taxes/fees to get 2 tickets now? Seems like a real good deal if so

That is correct. The companion tickets are one of the best deals in my opinion.

I found the second row was perfect as you are level with the stage. While most of Carrot Tops antics are PG rated, the pre-show is more like an R-X. Loved his show, but hated the videos shown prior to him coming on stage. They were a collection of animal porn, which may not be appropriate for a 16 year old. Definitely see the show, but just a warning about the first part.
