I'm sure this question has been asked before so I apoligize in advance. What is the difference on the rewards between the comp room and the comp room bonus? I have over million points and I'm looking to go to Vegas in May, I notice the comp room bonus is considerably cheaper than the comp room so I was just curious of the difference. Thank you.

Different availability, probably when the hotel has more room. Here is a link to availability calendars to each hotel. The "bonus" nights you can get more than one night (usually, read the terms on the reward you are interested in). The regular rooms you can only redeem ONE night.

That's pretty much the difference. That and availability. The bonus rooms are usually reserved for nights they expect to have the extra room availability, so they offer them up at a cheaper rate.

How exactly do you go about booking these rooms? I don't see the option under the rewards of the myVegas game. Do you have to go directly to each hotel's site and use those promo codes that pull up? Do you have to call them? Please help. :)

Locals aren't eligible for the room rewards. It's something MGM Resorts requested that MyVegas do.

Well, Circus Circus is kind of an anomaly...

And yes, they will refund you if they can't book you in a room. You just can't book the room and then cancel.
