You totally broke this story! Shame to see it go. But it'll be interesting to see what's in its place. So true that the Vegas scene is constantly changing.

Have fun this weekend, UKFanatic! Looks like you and I are tag-teaming out of Vegas the next few upcoming weekends!

Looking like it'll be Chris Santos' Beauty & Essex. At least that's the only new restaurant I've heard of.

My host said they are also contemplating ditching the artists studio on that floor and opening another restaurant there also. Maybe the long rumored Asian restaurant

heard a month ago - dined there recently

We have dined there a few times, always good and menu always updated.

Noticed that the Bar was full; but dining room is huge and empty.

Asian place would be nice addition for cosmo - but China Poblano is nice

This Asian restaurant can't come fast enough. Even if they served the menu that they did at Talon, I'd be happy.

They are opening a Din Tai Fung dumpling house at MGM and I know the hosts over there are excited because they know certain players will just go to there just because of the food. I personally think it is overrated, but their location in Arcadia, CA is a constant wait.

Isn't that studio a reasonably small space? And honestly, the whole art collection thing is kind of tied up with Cosmopolitan's brand; I'd be kind of surprised if they started ditching it absent necessity. If they're really going to do an Asian restaurant, I feel like they'd be much better served taking over the space where Monogram is, and possibly part of the ballroom. That way you're still close to gaming areas, but a little bit secluded. Maybe even some of the unused footprint by the Talon Room, though I don't know if that's buildable space.
